I've been using it for several months and I particularly love the weight and balance in my hand. I've sliced meat, chopped onions and diced vegetables for my Mexican Cauliflower Soup. I sliced crunchy Macintosh Apples to serve with cheddar, as a snack. It handled these foods effortlessly.
The blade is very sharp, and the knife is not heavy at all.
