Call them what you will, these are no cook balls of deliciousness. They are perfect for breakfast snacks or meals on the go.

It’ll take you minutes to prepare and it’s the perfect recipe to make with your little ones. Bored teenagers love them, too.

I’m pretty sure I’m old enough to be your mother and I can’t resist them. Try them out. There’s good stuff in there!

· ¾ cup quick cook Oats

· ¼ cup Rice Cereal

· 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

· 3 tablespoons Almond Butter

· 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

· 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped Walnuts

· 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped Cranberries

· 1 1/2 tablespoons Chocolate Chips

  1. In one bowl, mix the Oats and Rice Cereal together. Set aside.

  2. In another bowl, mix the Maple Syrup, Almond Butter, Vanilla together. It’ll be a bit thick but that’s okay.

  3. Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture until combined.

  4. Then stir in the Walnuts, Cranberries and Chocolate Chips.

  5. You can form into small balls and keep refrigerated in a sealed container.

That’s it! No baking, and they are ready to eat in minutes. You’ll get about a dozen, but if you roll large, you’ll get less. You can always make more, and if you do, try swapping out the walnuts for pistachio nuts.

You can also drop the Cranberry and use diced Dried Mango. I heartily approve of adding Coconut, by the way.
