Lemon Roasted Broccoli with Almonds
3 heads of Broccoli, cut into smaller pieces
3 Lemons, cut into halves
Olive Oil, drizzled over all your Broccoli Cuts
Salt and Pepper to taste
Toasted, slivered Almonds
Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
Arrange the Broccoli, and Lemon halves cut side down, on a sheet pan.
Drizzle with Olive Oil to coat.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Toss until all the Broccoli is seasoned evenly.
Roast in the oven for 40 minutes. If you like extra crispy edges, add up to another 15 minutes.
Transfer the Broccoli to a serving bowl. Squeeze the roasted Lemons over the Broccoli, being sure to keep the seeds out of the bowl. Top the dish with the Toasted Almonds and serve.
